1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using the Gennexio website, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Gennexio provides an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) for API management, data integration, and automation (“the Platform”). The Services may include access to web-based tools, API integrations, and other related technologies developed by Gennexio.

3. Account Registration and Access 

You are not required to register an account to browse or use certain parts of the Services. However, Gennexio may offer community or trial access for testing purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or tokens provided to you.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to: 1. Use the Services for any unlawful purpose; 2. Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the Platform; 3. Use the APIs or integrations to overload or disrupt Gennexio’s systems; 4. Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property 

All content, source code, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and logos associated with Gennexio are the exclusive property of Gennexio. You may not copy, distribute, or use them except as expressly permitted.

6. Third-Party Services 

The Services may include links or integrations to third-party platforms or APIs. Gennexio is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services and does not endorse or guarantee their content.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability 

Gennexio provides the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gennexio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

8. Termination 

Gennexio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the platform, users, or reputation of Gennexio.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in China.
